Child Policy
- Child below 5 years free of charge
- Child above 6 years to 12 years 50% of meals rates.
- Child above 12 years will be considered as adult and full charge.
- Extra bed with breakfast (NU/INR: - 2500/-) excluding taxes
Booking Policy
- We accept only the written booking through email. We don’t entertain the booking over telephone unless due to emergency/ inconveniences circumstances.
- Email confirmation will be sent to your office upon receiving the booking from your office within 24 hours of time.
- Guarantee on your reservation confirmation will be subject to the realization of the 50% advance amount on entire rooms blocking. Upon failing to pay the advance amount within stipulated time, your rooms shall be released and allotted to the next waiting guests without information. Any outstanding balance is to be settled upon check in time.
- Hotel Room Rates are subject to change but management will be sending you prior notice. And also please check with the hotel 1 month prior to the check in of your guests.
- Room rates change does not apply on your booking if you have made 100% deposit in advance.
Cancellation/Amendment Policy
- No charge is applicable if cancellation is made before 45 days of guest’s arrival.
- Within 45-35 days of guest’s arrival 10% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
- Within 35-20 days of guest’s arrival 50% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
- Within 20 days of guests arrival 80% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
- No show of the guests will be charged at 100% of the room rent as cancellation charge.
