And also please check with the hotel 1 month prior to the check in of your guests. Room rates change does not apply on your booking if you have made 100% deposit in advance. Within 45-35 days of guest’s arrival 10% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges. Within 35-20 days of guest’s arrival 50% of the room rent shall be charged as cancellation charges.
